This regional law enforcement <br />information-sharing system shall be known as the WBISS West Bay Region Node. The <br />Member Agencies shall work cooperatively in a variety of ways to facilitate sharing data <br />in an effort to improve the information sharing efforts of their respective Agency and <br />Node. The purpose of this agreement is to define the working relationships, and lines of <br />authority for Member Agencies in the WBISS West Bay Region Node. <br /> <br />San Mateo County Police Chiefs and Sheriff and San Francisco Police Chief and Sheriff, <br />through a grant from the Office of Homeland Security, have indicated the Cities, <br />Counties, and other Agencies within San Mateo and San Francisco Counties, including <br /> <br />WEISS West Bay Region Node MOU Agreement <br /> <br />Updated: 8/5/2009 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 48 <br />
