If the ~ber Agency wishe <br />from the Nf ,e after termination __ its participation, em <br />Agency wil e responsible for at costs associated t' remov . <br /> <br />9.3 Host Node Termination: A Member Agency that is also the Host of the <br />Node wishing to withdraw as a host or terminating its participation in <br />this MOD must inform the Board in writing no less than one-hundred <br />eighty-days (180) prior to termination. The Board of Police Chiefs and <br />Sheriffs is responsible for locating a successor Host for the Node and <br />assisting in the transition to the new Host. <br /> <br /> <br />9.4 County of San Mateo Termination of Role as Fiscal A2ent: The County <br />of San Mateo may terminate its role as the fmancial agent for the <br />Member Agencies with or without cause by informing the Board of <br />Police Chiefs and Sheriffs in writing no less than one-hundred eighty - <br />days (180) prior to termination. The departing County is responsible in <br />locating a successor fiscal agent and help in the transition period. <br />Termination by the County requires a review of financial statements to <br />assure a smooth transition of the books and accounts to the new fiscal <br />agent.
