<br />. <br /> <br />agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City and Conklin Bros. of Oakland, Inc., for the performance of <br /> <br /> <br />said work in accordance with the abovementioned plans and specifi- <br /> <br /> <br />cations, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office <br /> <br /> <br />of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Conklin Bros. <br /> <br /> <br />of Oakland, Inc., is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />5.
