<br />EXHIBIT "Bit <br /> <br />4. PROJECT TIMEL<INE <br /> <br />The following work completion schedule corresponds to the work approach for this proposal. We <br />understand that the City plans to submit the adopted Consolidated Plan and associated documents to <br />HUD by Friday, May 14, 2010, and must make the documents ayailable for public review for a 3D-day <br />period prior to adoption by the City Council. As requested in the RFP, our schedule provides delivery of <br />public review drafts of the Consolidated Plan documents no later than 11arch 9, 2010. The schedule <br />provides a realistic timeline for completion of the Consolidated Plan documents, accounting for staff <br />review time, public review, HUD review, and hearings and meetings. <br /> <br />The PMC project schedule anticipates a project start date in August 2009 and transmittal of the adopted <br />Consolidated Plan to HUD by May 14, 2010, for its 45-day review period. <br /> <br />P1vlC anticipates that all deliverables \vill be completed on time and to the City's satisfaction. The Project <br />Schedule lists the deli,\rery dates for the various Consolidated Plan milestones and delivcrables.
