<br />3. WORK PLAN <br /> <br /> <br />City staff will work in concert withPMC to produce the m.-1.pS required for the Consolidated Plan and <br />the annual Action Plan. PMC will provide to the City the data to be mapped and the manner in which it <br />needs to be mapped. City GIS staff will produce maps that PMC will analyze and interpret. City GIS <br />staff will produce maps in a form that can be inserted into the Consolidated Plan and annual Action <br />Plan. <br /> <br />City staff will serve as a liaison to local agencies and service providers. The City will reserve space in City <br />facilities and other community facilities as needed for public meetings. PMC will work independently <br />with local agencies and service providers. <br /> <br />Work Product <br /> <br />Asa part of the [mal Consolidated Plan package,PMC will provide a reproducible original and one (1) <br />black-'tl1ld-"white copy of the adopted Consolidated Plan, as well as five (5) black-and-white copies of the <br />Annual Action Plan. <br /> <br />W'e will provide a resource binder containing copies of each major section/topic of the Consolidated <br />Plan including sources of documentation and data; interim reports, memoranda, addendums, etc.; public <br />announcements as published; information packets, sunreys, questionnaires, and public meeting <br />handouts; formalized notes and/ or descriptive narratives of events; copies of public comments~ <br />summaries of verbal comments and responses; internal draft, public draft and final draft of the <br />Consolidated Plan in print-ready form together with a copy of the Executive Surnmaryfor both the draft <br />and final Consolidated Plan. <br /> <br />.All documents will also be provided electronically, as PDF and \X'ord 2003 files.
