Exercise caution when opening attachments or <br />clicking links, especially from unknown senders. <br />I am writing to ask you to simply accept the staff recommendations including the 16 ft. maximum on detached <br />ADUs. In addition to the 16 ft. height, deeds for the detached ADUs need to be kept by the owner of the home. In <br />other words, said detached ADUs cannot be sold separately. In addition, 2nd story ADUs over 16 ft. should be <br />grandfathered into the property's FAR. This would protect neighbor's privacy in the future, keeping it under 45%. <br />Thank you.
