Exercise caution when <br />opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders. <br />Dear Council Members, <br />I understand the ADU topic is on Monday's agenda and I am writing in support of <br />the recommended 16 -foot maximum height for detached ADUs. <br />As a long time resident in the Mt Carmel neighborhood, I have seen first hand <br />how large ADU's can impact the look and feel of a neighborhood. I know that a <br />lot of work has been done to form the basis for the 16 ft limit and I strongly <br />believe it is the right solution for our community and its needs. <br />Thank you, <br />Mike McRae <br />
