Please adopt the staff <br />recommendations including the 16 ft maximum on detached ADUs. <br />There is no need to build oversize ADUs that intrude on neighbors yards and privacy. <br />I would also ask that heating or cooling systems not be located on the roof or the side adjacent to the <br />neighboring property. <br />We have a brand new ADU on our street that is above a garage. This garage fronts the street and from the side <br />you can see the equipment. It is barely visible but since it is a second story it would be seen and potentially be a <br />source of noise to a nearby home. <br />Elaine Tschorn <br />Redwood City <br />
