On October 12, 2020 the City Council amended the ADU legislation to include in a <br />grandfathering clause to allow the few existing ADU properties to continue renting on <br />a short term basis. <br />This measure was pulled from the consent calendar on December 21 2020 as not <br />approved. <br />If this grandfathering clause is not in the upcoming ADU legislation version, please <br />add it in again, as nothing has changed in the circumstances of the Redwood City <br />homeowners like myself who rely on registered, tax paying, short term rental ADUs. <br />I look forward to hearing and participating in this discussion on Monday. <br />Thank you. <br />Sincerely, <br />Nico Posner <br />
