Non-OEM parts may only be used after applicable <br />warranties have expired or unless the Contractor obtains in advance written <br />approval to do so from the SBWMA. <br /> <br />The AUTHORITY shall reimburse Contractor for the cost of repairs to the <br />AUTHORITY-owned Harris HRB Centurion baler, unless AUTHORITY <br />performs a full rebuild of the baler prior to the Commencement Date. If the <br />baler is rebuilt by the AUTHORITY, Contractor shall be responsible for <br />necessary repairs consistent with the treatment of new stationary <br />equipment. <br /> <br />X. Alterations. The Contractor shall not make any alterations to the facilities or <br />equipment owned by AUTHORITY without AUTHORITY's prior written consent. <br />In order to obtain such consent, Contractor shall submit to the AUTHORITY <br />plans and specifications, or other form of description as required by <br />AUTHORITY, prior to commencing any alteration. If Contractor performs any <br />alteration work prior to receiving AUTHORITY approval, AUTHORITY may <br />require Contractor to remove all such work at Contractor's sole expense and <br />restore the Shoreway Center or equipment to its prior condition. <br /> <br />Y. Wastewater Disposal. The Contractor shall ensure that wastewater collected in <br />the Shoreway Center's sumps (from Solid Waste, wash-down operations, etc.) <br />meets the standards for discharge to the Water Pollution Control Plant. <br /> <br />Z. Landscape Maintenance. Contractor shall regularly maintain (e.g. water, weed, <br />prune and repair) all landscaped areas within the Shoreway Center property so <br />that they present a neat and attractive appearance to the satisfaction of the <br />AUTHORITY. Contractor shall replace all plant materials (trees, bushes, etc.) <br />which are damaged or killed by Contractor's operations with plant materials of <br />the same type, unless a different type is approved in advance by the <br />AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />AA. Complaints about Operation of Shorewav Center. All complaints about the <br />operation or maintenance of the Shoreway Center shall be directed to the person <br />designated as General Manager by Contractor. The General Manager shall <br />compile a log of all complaints brought to his or her attention or that of his or her <br />staff, indicating the date and time the complaint was received; the name, address <br />and telephone number of the party making the complaint; and the action taken to <br />address and solve the issue related to the complaint. Each month Contractor <br />shall send to AUTHORITY a copy of the log of complaints for the previous month. <br /> <br />BB. Tours of Shorewav Center. Contractor will coordinate with the AUTHORITY and <br />work cooperatively to provide community services such as tours, education about <br />recycling and Shoreway Center operations. Upon a request with 24-hour notice <br />by the AUTHORITY, Contractor shall provide tours of the Shoreway Center. <br />Such tours shall not unreasonably disrupt Shoreway Center operations and <br />Contractor shall not be required to conduct such tours more frequently than once <br />per week. AUTHORITY shall not be charged for labor, overhead, overtime, or <br />any other costs associated with any such tours. Contractor shall distribute <br />Shoreway Ce,nter brochures to participants on the tours. <br /> <br />CC. Customer Courtesy.
