Motion and second, Aguirre and Reddy, to approve all items on the Consent <br />Calendar except 613, passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />Mayor Howard excused herself and Vice Mayor Hale presided the vote on Consent <br />Item 6B. <br />Motion and second, Reddy and Smith, to approve item 613, passes 6-0-1 by roll call <br />vote, with Mayor Howard recused. <br />Mayor Howard returned to the meeting. <br />6.A. Approval of Amendment No. 7 to agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. for <br />engineering inspection services (304) MO 21-016 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />7 to Agreement for Professional Services with CSG Consultants, Inc. for <br />engineering inspection services in the amount of $500,000 for a total not to <br />exceed amount of $2,027,600. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13. Affordable housing grant agreement for a 20 -unit, affordable ownership <br />project located at 612 Jefferson Avenue (505) MO 21-020 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve an Affordable Housing Grant Agreement, in an amount <br />not to exceed $3,386,497 in specified affordable housing funds, to Habitat for <br />Humanity Greater San Francisco for the construction of a 20 -unit, affordable <br />ownership project located at 612 Jefferson Avenue; <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement <br />and make any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City <br />Attorney; and <br />3. By motion, authorize the City Manager to take all actions necessary to <br />complete this transaction, including execution of any other necessary <br />documents. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.C.
