Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement to <br />purchase 323 task chairs and 57 nesting flip -top tables in the amount of <br />$154,597 from Ross McDonald, Inc. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.D. Approve Minutes of January 25, 2021 City Council meeting (301) MO 21-018 <br />6.E. Approve claims and checks from February 8, 2021 - February 22, 2021 and the <br />usual and necessary payments through February 22, 2021 (303) MO 21-019 <br />7. STUDY SESSIONS <br />7.A. Continuation of Study Session on proposed Redwood City Transit District and <br />update on Sequoia Station (individual Councilmember input only; public <br />comment accepted in writing) <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer gave a <br />presentation. <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold a Study Session on the proposed Redwood City Transit District, including <br />an update on Sequoia Station, and receive input on the proposed process for <br />establishing the new District from individual Councilmembers. This is a Study <br />Session and no formal action will occur at this meeting. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />A study session was held. No Council action was taken on this item. <br />8. PUBLIC HEARING <br />8.A. General vacation of public right-of-way being a portion of Maple Street, and <br />approval of development documents at 1548 Maple Street, by 1548 Maple, <br />LLC (606) Res(0006)15934 <br />MO 21-021 <br />Senior Civil Engineer James O'Connell gave a presentation. <br />Mayor Howard opened the public hearing.
