Agreement for a permit system upgrade and new software maintenance with <br />CentralSquare Technologies, LLC (304) MO 21-027 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement <br />for a permit system upgrade and new software maintenance with <br />CentralSquare Technologies, LLC (CentralSquare) for an initial three-year term in <br />the amount of $290,000 and an optional one-year renewal term in the amount <br />of $80,000, for a total period of four years and not -to -exceed amount of <br />$370,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.1. Transfer of operational responsibility for the Fair Oaks Library to the San <br />Mateo County Library Joint Powers Authority (304) MO 21-028 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Approve and authorize City Manager to execute Operational Agreement with <br />San Mateo County Library Joint Powers Authority for Fair Oaks Library services; <br />and <br />2. Approve and authorize City Manager to execute Common Use Agreement <br />with San Mateo County for the City's Fair Oaks Community Center and the <br />County's Human Services Agency sites located at 2500/2510 and 2600 <br />Middlefield Road. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.J.
