Accept the update on the status of utility late payments and rate assistance <br />usage; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution waiving late payment penalties and interest for solid <br />waste, water and sewer utilities for the period of March 2021 through <br />December 2021 for residential and commercial customers due to the COVID-19 <br />pandemic. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.L.
