6.E. - Page 20 of 73 <br />Agreement for TruePoint Services City of Redwood Cit <br />responsibility or liability for any revisions, changes or corrections made by City or any use or <br />reuse pursuant to this paragraph unless Consultant accepts such responsibility in writing. <br />Consultant shall not make public information releases or otherwise publish any information <br />obtained or produced by it as a result of, or in connection with, the performance of services <br />under the Agreement without prior written consent of CITY. <br />Consultant shall not publish or use any advertising, sales promotion or publicity in matters <br />relating to services, equipment, products, reports, and material furnished by Consultant in <br />which City's name is used or its identity is implied without prior written approval by CITY. <br />10.12 Jurisdiction and Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of <br />California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Exclusive jurisdiction for litigation of <br />any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be <br />only in the Federal or State court with competent jurisdiction over or located in San Mateo <br />County, California, and the parties hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue <br />therein. <br />10.13 Authority. The signatories to this Agreement represent that they have the authority to <br />execute this Agreement. <br />10.14 Permits.
