6.E. - Page 21 -of 73 Agreement for TruePoint Services T Exhibit B — RFP Rguirements EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF SERVICES TruePoint Solutions, LLC (Consultant or TruePoint) shall provide Installation Services as described in this. Exhibit. If additional work Is required to meet the needs of the City of Redwood City (CITY or Redwood City), CITY and TruePoint will follow the process described in Section 3.2 (Change Orders). The sum of change orders shall not exceed the contingency amount of $20;000 as described In Section 3.1 (Contract Sum). Consultant shall provide a license and annual maintenance to CITY as described in the Software License and Maintenance Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A-2.. Phase 1: Kickoff &: Business Analysis Duration., Approximately 3 Weeks -15th fours, to begin as soon as passible upon contract execution. Definition This Is the first on-site meeting to be held between TruePoint and Redwood City. Key project staff will be Introduced in the Kickoff Meeting and project goals will be outlined, along with an initial Project Plan. Communication Plan and Status Meeting schedules Will also be discussed, Business Analysis sessions will be held following the Kickoff so that TruePoint will get a better understanding of Redwood City's current processes. Separate sessions will be held to discuss the following topics: account management, meter inventory management, meter reading & review, billing, delinquency, accounts receivable, work management, and interfaces (initial review). TruePolnt Responsibilities • Provide timely and appropriate responses to Redwood City's request for information. + Present to Redwood City the TruePolnt Implementation Methodology that will be used by TruePoint to deliver Services. • Lead a discussion of estimated timel'lne for the Services. 41 Begin engaging in Business Analysis work sessions (including Interfaces). Redwood City Responsibilities + Provide timely and appropriate responses to TruePoint's request to schedule kickoff and business analysis meetings. • Make avallablethe.appropriate Redwood City key personnel to participate. + Subject Matter Experts will be expected to provide report samples and details of day-to-day, weekly, monthly, annual and other business processes. • Provide adequate meeting facilities, Phase 2: initial TrueBill Configuration & Data Conversion Duration: Approximately 12 Weeks —.250 Hours Definition: This deliverable includes analysis, requirements documentation and conversion of the Legacy Systems data into the TruePoint data format.
