If Redwood City needs additional reports developed, a <br />change order may be required for additional project fonds. <br />Together, Redwood City and TruePoint Project Management will determine the best: approach for the purpose <br />of report development and training. <br />TruePoint Responsibilities <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to Redwood City's request for informations. <br />• Creation of report documentation which includes identification and analysis of Redwood City specific <br />reports. <br />• Report development. <br />• Assign and schedule appropriate TruePoint resources. <br />Redwood City Responsibilities <br />• Allocate the time for qualified business experts for the report specifications. <br />• Test TruePoint-created reports. <br />• optionally, allocate report development time for qualified Redwood City personnel that.are proficient <br />in writing reports. <br />• Ensure that city -created reports are developed accurately and to specification. <br />Phase 8: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) <br />Duration: Approximately 12 Weeks—:100 Hours <br />Definition:. <br />This deliverable is defined as the consultation and support provided by TruePoint during the User Acceptance <br />Testing (UAT) Period.
