6.F. - Page 18 of 131 Attachme,�fA� <br />Bidder's Initials - 1i� <br />Equipment: Stop, tail, backup, clearance and license plate lights shall be LED rubber -mounted <br />and installed consistent with all California Vehicle Code and Federal DOT <br />regulations. <br />Two rubber -mounted amber flashing LED warning lamps, one (1) mounted in each <br />side of rear bed, controlled by factory dash mounted accessories on/off switch. <br />Furnish and install on OSHA -approved backup alarm at rear of bed. <br />Mud flaps to be installed behind rear wheels. <br />Two (2) appropriately sized wheel chocks with underbed hangers shall be provided. <br />Holder to provide ,%,heel chock securement chains. <br />Two (2) pull-out step ladders are to be furnished and installed on the right and left <br />side underneath the flatbed with a grab handle to provide access to the bed. <br />Stepladders to be mounted under body side rails and incorporate grip strut on the <br />stepping surfaces. Installation of the stepladder shall not interfere with access to <br />other body or bed components. <br />Furnish and install a steel plate, minimum 5/8" thick, across the rear of the truck <br />frame rail to accommodate a heavy-duty tow hitch. Plate to be braced and/or <br />gusseted to provide maximum strength and allow a hitch height adjustment. <br />Furnish and install a Holland Brand, air -cushioned (Snubbertype) #PH -200 Pintle <br />hitch 24" from the ground to top and two (2) "D" rings for safety chains. Air cushion <br />snubber to be automatically activated when parking brake is released. <br />Misc. Items: Factory standard front bumper with tow hooks <br />One (1) 5 -lb ABC marine mount type fire extinguisher <br />One (1) DOT -approved first aid kit <br />A set of emergency warning triangle (three to a set) with a storage case, trailer <br />connection- Tway, jump start studs- remote mounted. <br />Engine diagnose troubleshooting PC software and appropriate data link cables, one <br />(1) Whelen Super -LED strobe light with brush guard, mounted at top of cab and <br />controlled by factory dash mounted on/off switch; two (2) 100 -watt weather proof <br />work lights mounted each side of rotating turret and controlled by weather proof <br />on/off switch, one (1) switch located at each operator stations. <br />Manuals: For crane, two (2) operators' manuals and two (2) complete sets of service, part and <br />repair manuals covering cab, chassis, PTO, and hoist system shall be provided. <br />Manuals shall also provide complete set of electrical wiring diagrams. <br />Page 15 of 20 <br />MIR <br />
