Shall include four (4) 4" x 15' 15,000 lbs. heavy <br />duty winch straps. <br />Cross - <br />members: High-strength 4" lengths I-beam (80,000 psi) <br />Twelve (12) ft. and shorter crossmembers spacing 18" <br />Fourteen (14) ft. and longer crossmembers spacing 12" <br />Crane: To be mounted behind CAB and to include the crane pedestal, full hydraulic boom <br />and minimum of two (2) front out and down outriggers. Crane shall be capable of <br />rotating 360° non-stop, right and left, on a ball bearing system with holding brake <br />activated when the rotation is stopped. There shall be two step-up, stand -on <br />operator platforms and two sets of controls for operating the crane and selecting <br />truck engine RPM. <br />Boom: The boom telescoping sections shall be of the 4 -plate type with perpendicular <br />welded corners. The boom shall be of 3 -section design and telescope hydraulically <br />on oil impregnated nylon pads. Extension and retraction of the boom shall be <br />portional under full load, incorporating a cable crowd extension system. <br />Holding valves are direct mounted to cylinder and will prevent retraction except <br />when under power. The boom shall have the ability of being hydraulically extended <br />to a maximum sheave height of 56 ft. (additional length will be considered as long <br />as it meets the same footprint). The retracted length of the boom shall not exceed <br />18' 2".
