A momentary override key switch shall be <br />provided for emergency repositioning of boom. <br />Radio Remote <br />Control: The crane shall be equipped with factory installed radio remote control (RR). The <br />RR transmitter shall allow the operator to perform all boom and winch functions <br />with one hand. The transmitter shall provide a proportional trigger that governs <br />crane operating speed to match all requirements. The power for the transmitter shall <br />be one (1) standard 9 -volt battery. <br />Paint: Each component of the crane is shot -blasted, primed, and finish painted with the <br />manufacturer's standard colors and striping. Truck cab to be painted manufacturer's <br />standard white, fully primed and painted with two coats of acrylic white enamel. <br />Chassis, flat bed, and wheels shall be painted gross black. <br />Safety <br />Devices: The unit offered shall be prepared with all the standard information charts and <br />decals at the time of delivery. The boom shall be equipped with an anti -two block <br />system and the outriggers are to have an audio warning signal. The crane shall be <br />equipped with a standard automatic capacity alert system. <br />Options: Boom -mounted hose reel with control valve and hydraulic hoses for clamshell <br />bucket. Hose reel to have two (2) 80 feet of 3/8" ID Synflex hoses, or equivalent. <br />One hose to have male coupler and the second hose to have a female coupler on the <br />end of the hoses to connect to the claw bucket. <br />Control valve to be mounted in the main valve bank and be operational from both <br />control stations. The controls shall be labeled for the operation of this option. <br />Maximum flow 12 -GPM and maximum pressure is 2,000 -PSI. Control valve is <br />only for opening and closing of the clam shell bucket. <br />Hydraulic oil cooler with automatic, self-contained radiator system with electric <br />fans to cool oil under continuous operation. <br />Additional t%vo-part line hook block. <br />Two (2) steel, weatherguard, front opening, bottom -hinged, lockable under bed <br />storage boxes (37" x 18" x 18") mounted under flat bed for storing of tools and <br />equipment.
