8.A. - Page 7 of 18 <br />Public notification was achieved by posting a Public Hearing Notice in the San Mateo Daily Journal <br />newspaper and on the City website on March 12, 2021. The draft 2019 Action Plan Amendment was made <br />available on the City website for a 10 -day public comment from March 12, 2021 to March 21, 2021. <br />A public hearing was conducted by the Housing and Human Concerns Committee (HHCC) on February 23, <br />2021 and the HHCC voted 7-0 to recommend the approval of the 2019 Action Plan Second Amendment. <br />Public notification for the HHCC public hearing was achieved by posting a Public Hearing Notice on the <br />City's website on February 12, 2021.
