The City has historically
submitted the APR to the State, although it was not previously required of charter cities such as Redwood
City. State law, now applicable to Charter cities, also requires that the City Council and the Planning
Commission review the report and submit it to the State by April 1, 2020. On March 16, 2021, the Planning
Commission reviewed the report and recommended that the City Council accept and submit the report
to HCD.
City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.ore
