6.A. - Page 2 of 18 <br />ANALYSIS <br />2020 Activity - The APR shows the number of units that received project approvals or building permit <br />issuance in calendar year 2020, a total of 299 units. Additionally, 27 accessory dwelling units (ADUs) were <br />issued permits and count as low-income units with no deed restriction. Two projects are expected to be granted building occupancy: 707 <br />Bradford/Mid Pen Housing of 117 very low income units and 35 low income affordable units at 1409 EI <br />Camino Real/Greystar.
