EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Section A below details the scope of work for development of the Citywide Bicycle and <br />Pedestrian Master Plan and Vision Zero Action Plan. <br />Section A- Scope of Services <br />Task 1- ProjUGL ivianagemenL o, tdrninistration <br />Consultant shall finalize the project schedule with input from City staff and coordinate with <br />City on project operation and flow of tasks between two task leads. <br />Task 1.1. Kick -Off Meeting <br />Within two weeks from the contract execution, Consultant shall facilitate the kick-off <br />meeting to: <br />• Finalize the project goals, schedule, and budget <br />• Define the roles and responsibilities of team members <br />• Define administration and project management expectations including <br />communication protocol, check-in meetings, timing of major milestones, and <br />invoicing <br />• Review a draft data request list with City <br />The kick -of meeting will also ensure that key team members emerge with a shared <br />understanding of expectations and study objectives. Consultant shall prepare a draft agenda <br />for the meeting and a meeting summary with follow-up items from the meeting. <br />Task 1.2. Biweekly Check -ins <br />Consultant shall coordinate with the City's project manager to set a schedule for regular <br />bi-weekly check -ins. Sub -consultants shall participate in check-in calls as appropriate. <br />Consultant shall maintain a shared document (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Docs) <br />for check-in meetings and prepare summaries and list of action items after meetings. <br />Task 1.3. File Sharing Portal Account <br />Consultant shall create an account for project -related file -sharing purposes.
