Task 1.4. Invoices <br />Consultant shall submit monthly invoices and progress reports to the City and shall <br />include sub -consultant invoices, direct costs with receipts, and summary of tasks <br />completed in the report. City will provide the template. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• Kick-off meeting agenda <br />• Updated schedule <br />• Summary of kick-off meeting notes <br />• Initial list of existing and needed data <br />• Biweekly meeting agendas and list of action items <br />• Creation and ongoing use of a file sharing account <br />• Monthly invoices and a summary of tasks completed during the invoicing period <br />Task 2- Data Collection <br />Task 2.1. Data Inventory <br />Consultant shall review the existing data that is collected for recent planning projects <br />including Redwood City Moves, Grand Boulevard Safe and Healthy Corridor <br />Communities, Transportation Monitoring Report, and San Mateo Countywide Bicycle and <br />Pedestrian Plan and identify data gaps that need to be filled in for this project. The final <br />list of data shall be agreed upon with the City. <br />City will provide the available data including: <br />• Traffic volume and speed data <br />• Bicycle and pedestrian counts at intersections <br />• Bicycle Level of Traffic Stress (LTS) (C/CAG1 data) <br />• Bus stop ridership and facilities (SamTrans data) <br />• Existing bicycle facility <br />• Sidewalk inventory <br />• ADA curb ramp inventory <br />• Crosswalk inventory (mid -block or at intersection) <br />• Collision data for the past 5 years (bicycle, pedestrian, and vehicle collisions): <br />data from SWITRS, Crossroads, or Police Department <br />• Land uses and major trip generators in the city <br />• In -progress active transportation projects <br />1 City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County <br />REV: 03-04-21 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.047/Fehr & Peers (Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan and Vision Zero Action P) (Page 13 of 31) <br />
