Consultant shall develop planning level implementation and maintenance cost estimates <br />for projects and programs identified for inclusion in the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master <br />Plan. For educational and encouragement programs, the annual operation cost of the <br />programs shall be factored in the cost estimates. <br />I a5K U.D. implementation Strategy <br />Consultant shall prepare a Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan implementation strategy <br />that categorizes all identified projects and programs into prioritized tiers similar to the <br />methodology that was developed for RWCmoves. The implementation strategy shall <br />reflect: <br />• Prioritized projects and potential challenges or planning needs to support <br />implementation <br />• Funding strategies for project delivery and potential funding sources for projects <br />• Critical considerations to maintaining and operating improvements <br />• Key partners with whom implementation may need to be coordinated <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• List of bicycle and pedestrian capital projects <br />• List of educational and encouragement programs for inclusion in the final Bicycle <br />and Pedestrian Master Plan <br />• Tabular representation of high-level phasing plan <br />• Scored bicycle and pedestrian projects in tabular or map format <br />• Planning level cost estimates for identified projects and programs <br />• List of implementation strategies <br />Task 1 u- Draft and Final Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan <br />Consultant shall prepare the draft Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, incorporating <br />existing conditions evaluations and relevant analysis conducted in Tasks 3-4 and 8-9. <br />The draft plan shall include the final versions of applicable graphics from previous tasks. <br />Technical data shall be included in the appendix as appropriate. <br />An administrative draft will be review by City staff.
