Each site will be treated <br />as separate projects during the outreach and communication process with the <br />community. This will help focus each neighborhood on their respective play <br />areas. <br /> <br />Project Summary: <br /> <br />1 . Fair Oaks Infant/Preschool Childcare Play Area <br />· Anticipated installation and soft costs: $125,000. <br />. Replace existing climbing structure. <br />. Modify or replace sand play area for better accessibility. <br />· Meet with on-site childcare staff to clarify design elements. <br />· Work toward keeping existing shade trees and incorporate into <br />design. <br /> <br />2. Dove Seeger Park Play Area <br />· Anticipated installation and soft costs: $185,000. <br />. Replace existing play structures. <br />. Layout accessible pathway to play area. <br />. Add picnic tables near play area. <br />· Keep play area at back of site for maximum grass turf open play area. <br />· Consider one climbing structure for 5-12 year old users. <br /> <br />3. Westwood Park Play Area <br />· Anticipated installation and soft costs: $125,000. <br />· Replace existing play structures. <br />· Layout accessible pathway to play area. <br />. Add picnic tables near play area. <br />· Keep play area at back of site for maximum grass turf open play area. <br />. Consider one climbing structure for 2-5 year old users. <br />. Smaller sand play area. <br />
