Conceptual Design <br />A. Meet with on-site childcare staff (3 meetings) <br />B. Generate Concept plan for childcare and Park and <br />Recreation Staff review and approval. <br />C. Generate Concept Plan Opinion of Probable Installation <br />Costs. <br />D. Present Concept Plan to Neighbors and Parks and <br />Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />III. Construction Documents <br />A. Layout and details. <br />B. Grading drainage and details. <br />D. Planting plan and details. <br />E. Irrigation plan and details. <br />F. Specifications. <br />G. Coordinate with Staff. <br />H. Generate Pre-bid Opinion of Probable Installation <br />Costs. <br /> <br />IV. Bidding Phase <br />A. Assist the City with Clarification of drawings. <br />B. It is anticipated that the City will take the lead in this <br />phase of work. <br /> <br />V. Construction Observation <br />A. Site visits during construction to review progress. <br />Generate field reports. <br />B. It is anticipated that the City will take the lead in this <br />phase of work with all paperwork routed through Staff. <br />C.
