<br />Wagstaff and Associates <br />City of Redwood City <br />June 26, 2009 <br /> <br />Contract Exhibit "A" <br />New Downtown Precise Plan EIR <br />Page 2-10 <br /> <br />3.4 Notice of ComDletion <br /> <br />The CEQA-required Notice of Completion form will be completed to accompany the Draft EIR <br />delivery to OPR. <br /> <br />TASK 4. PREPARATION OF THE FINAL EIR <br /> <br />4.1 Administrative Draft Final EIR Document <br /> <br />An Administrative Draft Final EIR will be prepared in addendum form to incorporate: (1) <br />revisions to the Draft EIR text deemed necessary in response to comments received during the <br />45-day public review period on the Draft EIR; and (2) written responses of the EIR authors to <br />substantive review period comments on the Draft EIR received from the public and the Planning <br />Commission. The Final EIR will also include a list of persons and agencies that commented on <br />the Draft EIR, an index to and summary of comments received, and a collection of verbatim <br />comments (letters, memoranda, minutes, etc.). Fifteen (15) copies of the Administrative Draft <br />Final EIR document (limited to the revised text and responses to comments only) will be <br />submitted to City staff and consulting legal counsel for review and comment. <br /> <br />4.2 Public Release Final EIR Document <br /> <br />A public release version of the Final EIR document will then be prepared, incorporating as <br />necessary revisions and refinements to the Administrative Draft Final EIR document based <br />upon City and consulting legal counsel responses. <br /> <br />One CD in pdf format and seventy-five (75) "hard" copies of the Final EIR will be submitted to <br />City staff for web posting and distribution. <br /> <br />4.3 Notice of Determination <br /> <br />The CEQA-required Notice of Determination form will be completed for City submittal to OPR <br />and the County Clerk upon City Council action on the new DPP. <br /> <br />TASK 5. PREPARATION OF MITIGATION MONITORING CHECKLIST <br /> <br />The mitigation, monitoring, and reporting checklist prepared for the 2007 EIR will be updated as <br />necessary to incorporate the added or modified mitigations identified in the new EIR. <br /> <br />TASK 6. MEETINGS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Wagstaff and Associates will attend up to six (6) meetings. These are expected to include the <br />new scoping session to assist City staff (Task 1.1 herein), up to three (3) additional staff <br />meetings, two (2) Planning Commission public hearings and one (1) City Council public hearing. <br /> <br />Attendance at other meetings by Wagstaff and Associates or the EIR subcontractors could be <br />provided at City request for an additional standard fee. <br /> <br />C:IWDlPROPOSALSIOB07\rev-ex-a\OB07 rev ex-a. doc <br />
