CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Reddy and Hale to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution establishing the City Council Sub -Committee on Equity <br />and Social Justice; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution establishing the Police Advisory Committee, with the <br />friendly amendment that the Council -appointed members serve for 2 years <br />and the at -large members 4 years, and the number of meetings be removed. <br />The motion passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />8. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />8.A.
