City Council Committee Reports <br />A. Governance Sub -Committee — Vice Mayor Hale gave an update. <br />B. Harborview Ad Hoc Committee — Mayor Howard gave an update. <br />C. 2x2x2 (Belmont / RWC / BRSSD) — Council Member Gee gave an update. <br />D. City Manager (Oral) Update — City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz announced <br />the April 22 Community meeting on Fire and Police Department budgets, <br />programs and goals for fiscal year 2021-22, as well as the June 14 overall city <br />budget hearing. <br />City Manager Stevenson Diaz also gave an update on the Covid relief bill, which <br />was passed by the Senate and now awaiting final vote by the House, and will <br />provide funding for states and cities. <br />9.
