<br />Attachment 6 <br /> <br />OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />The organization's objectives are one-to-five year outcome-based specifics that <br />staff develops and pursues in support of the City Council's Strategic Initiatives and <br />Strategic Goals. Results of the Objectives will be measurable, can be evaluated, <br />and will be reported back through the Strategic Initiatives Quarterly Tracking <br />Report. They will be developed and communicated through the various <br />departmental business plans and annual departmental reports. <br /> <br />EVALUATION <br /> <br />Staff will evaluate programmatic effectiveness and efficiency on a regular basis. <br />Evaluation results will be reported out through a variety of means, including the <br />use of performances measures (that are still to be determined depending on <br />additional objectives that may be developed), a new citywide Annual Report, and <br />the Council's quarterly Strategic Initiatives Tracking Report. <br /> <br />8A <br />Page 48 <br />
