<br />6.1F <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />$9,251.36 payable to Public Allies San Francisco/Silicon Valley by October 1, 2009; <br />December 1, 2009; and March 1, 2010. This will constitute payment of Partner <br />Organization's portion of Ally's stipend, as set forth in Section I(B)(i). <br /> <br />B. Entire Amount Pavable Under Aareement. Other than any amount <br />payable by Public Allies San Francisco/Silicon Valley to Partner Organization pursuant <br />to Section I(A)(iii), Sections I(B)(ii) and III(H), or payable by Partner Organization to <br />Public Allies San Francisco/Silicon Valley under Section I(B)(i) and Section II, neither <br />shall be entitled to payment from the other under this Agreement. <br /> <br />C. Incorooration. The Partner Organization agrees to abide by the <br />terms of the Public Allies Policies and Procedures Manual, as amended from time to <br />time, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. The Partner <br />Organization also agrees to be bound by the terms of the Corporation for National and <br />Community Service Grant to Public Allies San Francisco/Silicon Valley, as applicable to <br />the Partner Organization. <br /> <br />Ill. Additional Aareements of the Parties. <br /> <br />A. Use of Federal Funds. Federal monies may not be used to cover <br />the Partner Organization portion of the Ally stipend as described in section 1 (B) (i) <br />unless the use of those funds as federal match is allowed by the grantor in writing and <br />by statute. If federal funds will be used to cover the Partner Organization portion of the <br />Ally stipend, documentation of the federal grantor's allowance of this use of funds <br />should be submitted to Public Allies San Francisco/Silicon Valley. <br /> <br />B. Non-Exclusive Aareement. Public Allies San Francisco/Silicon <br />Valley and Partner Organization understand that this Agreement is non-exclusive, and <br />that each of them may enter into a similar arrangement with other organizations. <br /> <br />C. Entire Amount Payable Under Aareement. Other than any <br />amount payable by Public Allies San Francisco/Silicon Valley to Partner Organization <br />pursuant to Section I (A)(iii), Sections I(B)(ii) and III(H), or payable by Partner <br />Organization to Public Allies San Francisco/Silicon Valley under Section I(B)(i) and <br />Section II, neither shall be entitled to payment from the other under this Agreement. <br /> <br />D.
