On August 10, 2009, the
City Council authorized a legal services reimbursement agreement. With the approval
of the aforementioned contract and associated reimbursement agreement, the applicant
will be required to submit funds to the City in order to cover the costs incurred to hire
consultants. Consequently, no fiscal impact is to be expected as a result of the initial
review and analysis of the development proposal.

~
Jill $, C
Pia ning Manager

Plannin~nd
Economic Development Director

Peter Ingra~t
City Manager

~

ATTACHMENTS
1.
