EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEES <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Consultant will provide the following: <br />Phase ONE — PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION <br />1. Collect and review all available background documents provided by the City. <br />2. Attend one project kick-off meeting with the CITY to discuss the project goals and <br />program. <br />3. Prepare AutoCAD base sheet from survey file provided by City. <br />4. Coordinate Geotechnical investigation for initial design recommendations. <br />5. Coordinate with subconsultants during this phase. <br />Phase ONE deliverables <br />• AutoCAD base sheet(s) <br />• Kickoff meeting <br />• Geotechnical Report <br />Phase TWO — CONCEPTUAL DESIGN <br />1. Update project schedule based on scope items discussed during Phase One. <br />2. Visit the site with completed survey to further familiarize the team with the <br />existing conditions that will further inform and support the design concepts to be <br />developed. <br />3. Prepare a Conceptual Order of Magnitude cost estimate for the preferred design <br />option. <br />4. Assist the CITY in preparation for (1) Park & Recreation Commission meeting or <br />presentation if needed. <br />5. Attend up to (1) meeting during this phase with CITY to collaborate, coordinate <br />on design, budget, or schedule issues. Meetings to be online via Zoom or similar. <br />6. Coordinate with subconsultants during this phase. <br />7. Coordinate with CITY throughout this phase via phone conference and emails. <br />Phase TWO deliverables <br />• <br />Kickoff meeting <br />• (1) Design Review meeting with CITY <br />• Preliminary Cost Estimate <br />• (2) coordination meetings with CITY <br />Phase THREE — DESIGN DEVELOPMENT (65% construction documents) <br />1. Prepare Design Development documents (65% Construction Documents) for the <br />selected improvements based on CITY selected top priority improvements that fit <br />within the construction budget, Conceptual Plans and Phase One feedback. <br />Documents will include the following based on priority selection and the allotted <br />budget: <br />REV: 04-14-2021 RL <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.082/SSA (Page 11 of 15) <br />
