Update Estimate of Probable Construction Cost <br />2. Deliver final Design Development documents to CITY for review. Documents will <br />be delivered electronically through a project file sharing workspace. Provide the <br />CITY with plan set electronically and send electric copy of plans to City's <br />preferred printing company for City to pick up. <br />3. After four-week review period by CITY and CITY departments, consultant will <br />meet with CITY online via Zoom or similar to review plan check comments in a <br />page turning meeting. From this meeting, it is expected that SSA will have <br />enough information to begin the Construction Document Phase. <br />4. Allow for (2) meetings online via Zoom or similar to collaborate, coordinate or <br />review design, construction, and budget or schedule issues. <br />5. Coordinate with CITY throughout this phase via phone conferences, emails. <br />Phase THREE deliverables <br />• 65% PS&E (1 PDF electronic set sent to CITY and to printing company) <br />• (2) Design review CITY Meetings <br />• (1) CITY CD review meetings <br />• (2) CITY design coordination meetings <br />Phase FOUR — CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />1. Prepare 95% Construction Documents, technical specifications, and Engineer's <br />Estimate — Based on CITY comments from the Design Development Phase, <br />begin the preparation of Construction Documents. Documents will include the <br />following based on priority selection and the allotted budget: <br />a. Existing Conditions <br />b. Demolition Plan <br />c. Grading and Drainage Plan (including minor erosion control design) <br />d. Site Plan / Materials and Finishes Plan <br />e.
