Meet with CITY to review draft final CD and engineer's estimate. <br />7. Incorporate CITY comments into final CD package. <br />8. Deliver (1) PDF of bid -ready Final Plans, Specifications & Cost Estimate (PS&E) <br />9. Prepare Final PS&E based on the feedback from the above meeting. <br />10. Allow for (2) meetings via Zoom meetings or similar during this phase to <br />collaborate, coordinate or review design, construction, and budget of schedule <br />issues. <br />11. Coordinate with CITY throughout this phase via phone conferences and emails. <br />Phase FOUR deliverables <br />• 95% PS&E (1 PDF electronic set sent to City and to printing company) <br />• 100% PS&E (1 PDF electronic set sent to City and to printing company) <br />• (1) CITY document review meetings at the CITY <br />• (2) CITY coordination meetings <br />Phase FIVE — BID PHASE (as needed) <br />1. Prepare public bidding documents <br />Phase SIX — construction administration (as needed) <br />1. Consultant will review contractor -prepared as-builts for content at the completion <br />of the project. Consultant will identify any missing information and notify the CITY <br />of missing information. Consultant cannot warrant the accuracy or completeness <br />of the contractor provided as-builts. <br />2.
