6.D. - Page 25 of 25 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The proposed child care zoning text amendments have been reviewed under the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA), including the CEQA Guidelines. The proposed changes implement the General Plan <br />and were analyzed as part of the General Plan EIR. The proposed zoning amendments would result in less <br />than significant impacts, and no new or more severe impacts would occur. No further environmental <br />review is required. The CEQA memo in Attachment C further describes this analysis. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. On March 12, 2021, at least ten days prior to the hearing date, notice of the <br />City Council hearing was posted on the City website, placed in the San Mateo Daily Journal, emailed to an <br />interested parties list, and posted to www.redwoodcity.org/zoningamendments. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Request modifications to the proposed zoning amendments. <br />2.
