The March 22 staff report explaining the amendments as <br />originally proposed is attached to this report (Attachment B). The following is a summary of the approved <br />zoning amendments: <br />Permit and Housing -Related Items <br />• Increase Planning permit validity from one year to two years. The existing option to extend <br />the permit by one year will remain, for a total of a three-year period.
