Restated and Amended Drainage Easement Agreement for the Bayfront Canal; <br />and <br />2. Permanent Drainage Easement Agreement for the Bayfront Canal and <br />Atherton Channel Flood Resilience and Habitat Restoration Project. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.11). Waive second reading and adopt Zoning Ordinance amendments to comply <br />with State law and reduce barriers to child care by increasing locations where <br />child care is allowed and streamlining the child care review process <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance implementing zoning <br />amendments related to child care regulations for large family child care homes, <br />child care centers, and child care development standards. <br />CEQA: <br />Project consistent with General Plan EIR <br />6.E.
