By motion, approve Final Map No. 2020-001 for the development at 120 EI Camino Real; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement <br />with One20th, LLC; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br />with One20th, LLC; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Maintenance Agreement with One20th, LLC. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Housing <br />BACKGROUND <br />The project, located at the corner of EI Camino Real and Finger Avenue, includes the subdivision of one <br />existing parcel into a 12 -unit, for -sale condominium development.
