This action provides notice that the City Council may <br />consider amending the existing Affordable Housing Ordinance, Affordable Housing Impact Fee Resolution, <br />Residential Park Impact Fee, and Park in Lieu Fee, and introduction of a new Commercial Park Impact Fee. <br />It does not commit the City to adopting the amendments. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. In addition, if the Council initiates the proceedings, notice of the Council's <br />action will be published in a newspaper of general circulation. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose not to initiate proceedings on amendments to the Affordable Housing <br />Ordinance, Affordable Housing Impact Fee Resolution, or the Residential Park Impact Fee and Park in Lieu <br />Fee, and new Commercial Park Impact Fee.
