The project will provide 93 units for extremely -low income seniors who
are formerly homeless, at risk of homelessness, and/or are medically frail plus two manager's units.
Residents are expected to start moving into the property this spring.
The County selected MidPen Housing, in partnership with the Mental Health Association of San Mateo
County, to manage and provide supportive services for the project.
