JEMS battery <br />pack includes a standard, internally integrated battery warming system. Pack <br />installed inside a rugged, powder coat painted JEMS battery enclosure (JIBE). <br />Battery modules designed and tested to UN 38.3 including: a) Altitude Simulation <br />b) Thermal Test c) Vibration d) Shock e) External Short Circuit <br />C. Electric PTO: On demand electric power take -off allows for quiet operation of <br />hydraulic equipment. Hydraulic power 17.8 kW continuous, 30.5 kW peak. Quiet, <br />high efficiency, permanent magnet synchronous AC motor, 88 V, IP67 rated, 40 <br />HP continuous, 52 HP peak. Electric motor is activated automatically when <br />hydraulic power is demanded. Hydraulic power provided by variable displacement <br />piston pump, rated for up to 4000 PSI. <br />D. Accessory Support: Step-down DC to DC voltage converter for providing power to <br />12 V accessories. 3000 W, 214 A maximum output. Safety features include output <br />isolation and thermal shutdown. <br />E. Battery Management Controller: Connects to battery modules via an RS -485 <br />interface. The BMC collects data from each battery module, aggregates the data, <br />and makes charge / discharge / health decisions based on values such as <br />minimum voltage, maximum temperature, etc. <br />F. JEMS Indicator: An LED backlit in -cab JEMS indicator provides the operator <br />information on JEMS battery state of charge (SOC) and system status. <br />G. Charging Inlet: SAE J1772 charging inlet Ionated street side between the front of <br />the body and the back of the cab allows for Level 1 or 2 charging. <br />H. Charger: 1500 W battery charger with active cooling, 19 A maximum DC output <br />current, 88 V output voltage. IP66 rated enclosure. California Energy Commission <br />(CEC) compliant. UL 1564 compliant. <br />I. Chassis Battery Support: While in JEMS mode, the system monitors chassis <br />battery voltage and supplements chassis battery loads. The engine may start if <br />the chassis battery voltage drops below a pre -determined level. <br />J. JEMS Disconnect: A yellow disconnect button will be installed on the vehicle to <br />disable operation of the system for maintenance, testing, or first responders. <br />While engaged, the disconnect prevents the system from charging or discharging. <br />K. JEMS Connect Data Portal: Three-year subscription to JEMS Connect data portal <br />for tracking data at both a fleet and asset specific level. Fleet managers can track <br />near -real time information such as fuel, engine hour, and emissions savings. <br />JEMS Connect can also be used to track utilization and plug-in data. JEMS <br />Connect data is accessed via Connect website. <br />110. EPTO installation on the outside of the chassis frame <br />111. Engine -off AC: Patented engine -off air conditioning system delivers cold air directly <br />through the factory vents. JEMS monitors the chassis fan and blower settings in order to <br />automatically manage cabin temperatures. <br />114.
