6.L.- Page 5of8 <br />Section 3. Section 27.100 of Chapter 27, Article IX of the Redwood City Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 27.100. SEWER SERVICE CHARGES: <br />A. Established: The following charges are hereby established and levied <br />upon each premises or any portion thereof which receives or uses sewerage service from <br />the sewerage facilities: <br />1. Residential (with 1 Dwelling Unit) Customers: All residential uses with <br />one dwelling unit per parcel shall Day the following rates: <br />Effective July 1. 2020: Eighty-five dollars and forty-four cents <br />85.44) per dwelling unit per month: <br />Effective July 1. 2021: Eighty-nine dollars and twenty-eight cents <br />89.28) per dwelling unit, per month or one thousand and seventy-one <br />dollars and thirty-six cents ($1.071.36) per dwelling unit, per year. Should the City Council decide to <br />impose the charges on a yearly basis, it may elect by resolution to have <br />such charges collected on the tax roll in accordance with Health and Safety <br />Code, section 5473, et sea. <br />1-.2s Residential (with 4-9 2--9 Dwelling Units) Customers: All residential <br />uses, including single-family, duplexes, multi -family dwellings or <br />structures, and similar classes of uses up o with between two and nine <br />(9) dwelling units per parcel shall pay the following monthly rate: <br />Effective August 1, 2019: Eighty-one dollars and seventy-six cents <br />($81.76) per dwelling unit; <br />Effective July 1, 2020: Eighty-five dollars and forty-four cents <br />($85.44) per dwelling unit; <br />Effective July 1, 2021: Eighty-nine dollars and twenty-eight cents <br />($89.28) per dwelling unit. <br />2-.3.
