6.L.- Page 6of8 <br />3A. Non -Residential Customers: <br />a. Minimum Charges: All uses other than residential uses shall pay <br />the greater of (i) the charge calculated pursuant to subdivision <br />27.100(A)(-34 4W(c) of this section, or (ii) the following minimum <br />monthly charge: <br />Effective August 1, 2019: Seventy-three dollars and fifty- <br />nine cents ($73.59); <br />Effective July 1, 2020: Seventy-six dollars and ninety cents <br />($76.90); <br />Effective July 1, 2021: Eighty dollars and thirty-six cents <br />($80.36). <br />b. Rate Classes: For purposes of calculating the charge pursuant to <br />subdivision 27.100(A)(-3) Q(c) of this section, each customer shall <br />be assigned to one of the following rate classes: <br />Class A: All establishments used for industrial purposes <br />including, but not limited to, manufacturing plants, processing <br />plants, producers, laundries, photo processors, electric service <br />institutions, packagers, and other similar classes of use. <br />Class B: All establishments used for institutional purposes, <br />both private and public, including schools, colleges, rest homes, <br />clubs, public buildings, lodges, and other similar classes of use. <br />Class C: Business establishments including, but not <br />limited to, office buildings, warehouses, filling stations, retail stores, <br />motels, mortuaries, fast-food establishments without on-site food <br />preparation, markets without garbage grinders, and all other similar <br />classes of use not hereinafter expressly described; all institutions <br />where the sick or injured are given medical or surgical care. <br />Class D: All establishments with mixture of one of <br />commercial classes A through C and commercial class E, such as <br />office buildings with food services. <br />Class E: Food establishments where food is prepared and <br />served on the premises and other similar classes of use; markets <br />with garbage grinders, and all other similar classes of use not <br />hereinafter expressly described. <br />C.
