6.M. - Page 3 of 22 <br />Approval of the ordinance allows the City to invoke the full intent of AB 2553 and further supports the 24 <br />hour/seven day a week operation of the Temporary RV Safe Parking Site and provides the City with greater <br />legal protections for the Temporary RV Safe Parking Program Site. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />No Fiscal Impact.
