Restated and Amended Drainage Easement Agreement for the Bayfront Canal; <br />and <br />2. Permanent Drainage Easement Agreement for the Bayfront Canal and <br />Atherton Channel Flood Resilience and Habitat Restoration Project. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.D.
