Section 3. Section 27.100 of Chapter 27, Article IX of the Redwood City Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 27.100. SEWER SERVICE CHARGES: <br />A. Established: The following charges are hereby established and levied <br />upon each premises or any portion thereof which receives or uses sewerage service from <br />the sewerage facilities: <br />til " . .. . �. . . - <br />�2. Residential (with 4-9 2-9 Dwelling Units) Customers: All residential <br />uses, including single-family, duplexes, multi -family dwellings or <br />structures, and similar classes of uses up -to --with between two and nine <br />(9) dwelling units shall pay the following monthly rate: <br />Effective August 1, 2019: Eighty-one dollars and seventy-six cents <br />($81.76) per dwelling unit; <br />Effective July 1, 2020: Eighty-five dollars and forty-four cents <br />($85.44) per dwelling unit; <br />Effective July 1, 2021: Eighty-nine dollars and twenty-eight cents <br />($89.28) per dwelling unit. <br />273.
