pre -remediation baseline conditions of certain analytes, e.g., metals, and <br />other chemical or geochemical parameters. <br />As requested and approved by the City, Consultant shall submit <br />groundwater samples from five (5) selected wells for microbial (DNA) <br />analyses of Dehalococcoides (DHC), a microorganism known to facilitate <br />the degradation of HVOCs, to continue monitoring levels of DHC in <br />groundwater before and after remediation. <br />d. Task 3.4 — Quarter Monitoring Reports <br />Upon receipt of the laboratory analysis data, Consultant shall prepare a <br />Groundwater Monitoring Report when necessary and upload the report to <br />the RWQCB Geotracker database. An electronic copy of each report shall <br />also be provided to the City. <br />Task 4 — Project Management & Administration <br />Consultant shall manage the project budget, scheduling, and invoicing during the <br />anticipated duration of this project. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE AND PAYMENT TERMS <br />A. Project Schedule — Consultant shall begin work as required and approved by the City <br />upon receipt of the fully executed agreement. Consultant work on access <br />agreements, full-scale remediation bid documents and start of groundwater <br />monitoring events are anticipated to begin immediately. The oversight of full-scale <br />remediation activities are expected to begin Q3 of 2021, with a duration of three to <br />four months. <br />B. Payment Terms — Consultant will provide the services outlined herein on an hourly <br />basis not to exceed $350,381.
